A master of disguise Snudge is actually working for an alien master race who have inserted him onto planet earth along with thousands of other sheep spies to observe the planet and in particular human beings. He reports back on any unrest in the countryside and the strategy seems to work since all is generally quiet in a field with sheep in it.
